This was the hazelnut crumble brownie after our meal at Gan Yakitori :P
It’s got a very nice hazelnutty crumbly top and a moist brownie-like base with an oreo crust. I haven’t seen many desserts that do a chocolate flavoured crumble on top instead of a plain vanilla crumble atop a fruit pie. This is a great idea!
In general I like the desserts here quite a bit. Their flourless chocolate cake is really good when it’s fresh. And I believe they serve the best chocolate ice cream in Singapore.
The desserts are large though (even the ice cream), so I find it difficult to finish them by myself. Be sure to bring a friend if you’re eating here.
